Our practice is focused on growing companies, and our mission is to help our clients navigate successfully through the opportunities and challenges they face as they seek to compete more effectively, to enhance products and services, to improve systems and procedures and most importantly, to achieve significant and sustained growth.
As accountants and consultants, we strive to be a blend of expert guides and business advisors. Working with our clients, we create personalized approaches that are based on each client’s goals and core business dynamics. We assemble the pieces of a client’s financial puzzle, and craft meticulous plans for managing growth and supporting capital needs. Myles Kassman is the owner and founder of Kassman Accounting. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Hartford. He opened his business Kassman Accounting in 1993. His expertise in accounting includes but is not limited to: Individuals and Businesses (LLCs, Corporations, Sole Proprietorships, Trusts/Estates), Payroll, and Sales Tax.
Marshall Kassman
Accountant / Partner

Marshall Kassman joined Kassman Accounting in 2018 after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Hartford. He specializes in personal taxes, and has extensive knowledge in corporations and payroll taxes.
Michael Goldfarb
Corporate Accountant
Michael Goldfarb began public accounting in 1996, working with numerous clients before joining Kassman Accounting in 2019. His area of expertise is Businesses, specifically Corporations, but also has vast knowledge in Individuals and Businesses, Trusts/Estates, Payroll, and Sales Tax.
Dee Laskowitz
Office Manager
Dee Laskowitz began working at Kassman Accounting in 1997 shortly after graduating from Hofstra University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. She has great knowledge in Pensions, Franchises, Sales Tax, and Payroll. She files and processes payroll and sales taxes for all of our corporate clients. Dee oversees all of the departments in the office.
Barry Landy
CPA
Barry Landy began his journey as a Public Accountant shortly after graduating with a degree in Accounting from Hofstra University. After graduating, he received his CPA certification in 1986 and has since been using his expertise in Personal and Corporate returns. Barry opened his own Accounting business in 2005, and merged with our company in 2020.
Lindsay Pohl
Bookkeeper
Lindsay joined Kassman Accounting in 2020 after graduating from John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a Bachelor’s Degree in Forensic Accounting. She maintains financial records by doing monthly bank and credit card reconciliations and assists in processing and filing payroll taxes each quarter.
Shavana Arjune
Billing Department
Shavana joined our team in 2022 but has been experienced in doing bookkeeping since 2015. She does billing, audits, answers IRS letters, bank reconciliations. She processes and tracks all outstanding company bills.
Madison Tillman
Bookkeeper
Madison joined our team in 2022 and assists in doing monthly bank reconciliations, journal entries, filing, and helping Myles process and set up new corporations. She completes and files CT-6 and 2553 to the federal and state governments.
